Let’s fight the winter blues and stay connected!

The following classes will be held in ENGLISH!

This week starts another round of online possibilities for HAPPY BODY
CLASSES – I would be very happy to have you! This is a unique anti-stress
training for fitness, mindfulness, and embodiment. The Happy Body Classes are
based on sMove! of the Grinberg Method – a body-oriented method for developing
your own resources and potential. The Happy Body Classes are intensive training
to music, but it goes far beyond dance.
There are two training „packages“ until Christmas – either Tuesdays
or Thursdays – both supporting different qualities of the body.

7 weekly pieces of training starting January 14th!
Let’s train and experience free-thinking, concentration, a silent mind,
flexibility, free and healthy neck and shoulders, fewer worries, and stress!

Going deep into experiencing our base, confidence, stability, calmness, ground, and strength!

7 weekly meetings of 75 minutes (either Tuesdays or Thursdays) – 90€

Please write me if you want to participate. There are still some places
available. Previous knowledge is not required. I am looking forward to training with you!
